Our Mission
Apple Tree Learning Centers strive to provide personalized
developmental childcare in a distinctively Christian environment.
Our goal is to work closely with parents to create a setting
where children can reach their full potential. We accomplish
this by:
- Offering programs that stress the individual, educational,
and social needs of the child. We understand that each
child is shaped by their family's value and their experiences.
- Meeting the highest health and safety standards.
- Hiring, developing, and motivating qualified teachers and
center directors.
- Continually evaluating and upgrading established procedures
and systems.
Apple Tree Learning Centers is a leader among child day care and development organizations
in the Hampton Roads area.
Our Statement of Faith
While each local church sponsors Apple Tree Learning Center,
the Center is nondenominational in its teachings, stressing
central truths of the Bible that unite all Christians.
Each child learns:
- God is a loving Father who created everything.
- Jesus is God's only Son, our Savior and Friend.
- The Holy Spirit is also part of God and is our constant Helper.
- The Bible is true and is God's special book to tell us His stories
and how we should live.
- Prayer is talking to God, our friend.
